All of our systems are controlled by telemetry (PLC+Modem).
At any moment we can adjust parameters according to client needs.
Our warehouse and the standardization of products allow us to have all necessary
parts at our disposal.
Our technical service people are part of the same team that designs and builds Varimatik and other systems. Our technical people are qualified to work and perform assistance on the machines that they created.
The company never closes for holidays.
Varimatik Service
Varimatik offers these advantages:
- It checks and memorizes the praxis of the cooling system (all temperature and pressure data and levels are read and evaluated).
- It anticipates and regulates the functioning of the system.
- It regulates minimal variations of load, chooses the best option and intervenes in the regulation instruments.
- It constantly analyses the electrical parameters, signals power surges of the instruments, memorizing falls in tension, micro-interruptions, increased tension, etc.
When one of these values supersedes the programmed maximum, Varimatik reacts by bringing the value down to the acceptable limit and communicates with our maintenance department, indicating what intervention is needed.
