The air-cooled chiller
Airmatik is a monoblock chiller that operates with ammonia and is air-cooled with high-efficiency axial fans. The fans, thanks to their large diameter, operate at a low rotational speed, ensuring quietness and lower energy consumption.
The screw compressors equipped in our Airmatik are driven by inverters to ensure the best possible efficiency.
Ammonia condensation is ensured through condensers with aluminum microchannel coils. The condensation coils are individually sectioned, allowing for a 95% redundancy.
Airmatik, thanks to its versatility, can be used both in an industrial context, where sub-zero temperatures are required, and in civil air conditioning systems with positive chilled water temperatures.

Ammonia, environmentally friendly and natural, ensures maximum system efficiency. Ammonia is the only natural refrigerant with a GWP of 0 and ODP of 0.
Our Airmatik, thanks to its features, can be defined as a sustainable chiller because, due to its efficiency, it reduces energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
Airmatik’s self-supporting structure in galvanized and painted carbon steel makes it highly resistant to all weather conditions. The layout of the internal components and their selection are designed to ensure low maintenance requirements.
The efficiency of ammonia used as a refrigerant allows for an annual savings of 30% compared to traditional machines using F-GAS or HFO. Additionally, the large diameter of the fans ensures very low consumption for ventilation, 2.1 kWe for every 100 kW of thermal energy.
In Zudek’s Airmatik, the axial fans with airfoil profile blades ensure a significant reduction in sound emissions, making the machine quiet.
Versatile and compact
The thermodynamic properties of ammonia allow us to design compact machines without sacrificing efficiency values (EER). Our experience enables us to design solutions for every system requirement.
Each Airmatik unit is factory-tested to ensure its full functionality for the customer. The test can be conducted on-site with the customer’s presence or remotely to optimize costs and time for the customer.
All Airmatik components are designed based on the customer’s needs and requirements. If requested, all models in the Airmatik series can also be designed and built in ATEX version.
24 /7 monitoring
Thanks to our Telematik system, we can remotely monitor the machine to analyze its correct operation and intervene promptly when needed.
Zeromatik is Zudek's accessory that allows any of our chillers to produce cold water consistently. The system optimally utilizes plate heat exchangers, where water is cooled to a temperature close to freezing. This is possible thanks to precise and controlled management of ammonia evaporation.
The Zeromatik system for cold water production can be installed in all Zudek solutions, including water-cooled systems, air-cooled systems, and water and ammonia absorption chillers.
Many dairy industry companies, where cold water is a critical element in the production process, have already installed this system.
But they are not the only ones! In fact, Zeromatik is the best solution for effectively managing various types of processes, such as vegetable cooling, carbonated beverage bottling, and activities in wineries.
Zeromatik allows you to replace the ice storage tanks typically used for cold water production. This results in significant energy and operational cost savings.
Zeromatik is small in size, making it easy to integrate into existing systems
Zeromatik is available for both water-cooled and air-cooled compression chillers, as well as absorption chillers. Moreover, it can be easily integrated into existing ammonia refrigeration systems.
Zeromatik enables the production of chilled water at a constant temperature without interruptions. This system allows for continuous operation at the same temperature 24 hours a day.
Custom-sized for the customer and thanks to Zudek's control logic, there is no risk of freezing.
