Dairies, cheese makers, cured meat and ham producers, breweries, wineries: we have been designing refrigeration plants for factories like these for more than thirty-five years, and most of them come to Cibus Tec, together with the machinery builders they work with. That is why the Parma show is a fixed date in our calendar, and this year we are bringing something new.
We will be unveiling it at Cibus Tec, so for now we are keeping the details to ourselves: it is a natural refrigerant solution designed for food plants, and anyone who stops by the stand will be able to see it and talk it through with our sales team.
You will also find two units our customers already know. Windmatik takes ammonia to places where it used to be hard to use: it is an air-cooled chiller for plants that have no water for condensing, or where using it would cost too much. Recumatik is an ammonia heat pump that handles waste heat the opposite way to a standard refrigeration plant. Instead of releasing it, it recovers it and gives it back to the plant, for example as hot water for processes or heating.
Every Zudek unit is connected to Telematik. Our engineers follow each plant’s operating data remotely and can step in before a fault turns into a production stop.
